How often must the social report be submitted to the authorities?

In principle every two years. The Interstate Treaty on Gambling requires you to document your player and youth protection measures on an ongoing basis and, on that basis, to report to your gambling supervisory or licensing authority every two years (§ 6 (2) GlüStV 2021). Individual federal states may set different reporting dates or shorter intervals — the applicable state implementing act and your licence are decisive. Your licensing authority will confirm the deadline that applies to you. Because the interval and reporting date vary by state and licence date, you do not have to keep track of it yourself: with the Ardanto social report, your complete report is ready at the push of a button at any time — matched to your individual deadline, with no manual legwork.
